All items will be despatched from our warehouse by 2pm Monday - Friday and an email will be sent to you confirming this.
Your order will then take 2-3 working days to arrive with you. Please note that Sunday is not classed as a working day.
FREE when you spend £24.99 or only 99p for anything less.
You have the option to add a different delivery address when placing your order with us.
No, unfortunately once the order has been despatched we are unable to change any details.
If the delivery is missed, the postman or courier will post a card through your door and give you further instructions on which local sorting office or depot to pick your parcel up from. In nearly every case it is the one closest to your house. They may also try to redeliver the following day.
If you have not received your parcel when expected you can follow the tracking link in the email we sent you.
Alternatively you can contact us where we will be able to help track your parcel. If emailing, please ensure you include your order number and we will send you a tracking number that can be used on the relevant website.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up orders from our warehouse.
Hygiene is now more important than ever and due to the hygienic nature of this product, we can not offer refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our masks go through a strict quality control inspection at the factory and there should never be a fault with the product that you receive.
However, if there is evidence of a manufacturing fault upon receiving your item, please contact us leaving your phone number and one of our team will be in touch with you.
